Next, I made a list showing the staggered release of weaponry through the years. First, I use a slightly higher chivalry threshold (85) chivalry was just a little too easy to get, but I didn't want to make it the same burden as religious. The link also has some of the sheets for certain supplements in there too. I figured I'd share my house rules instead of just mentioning them. I'm thinking about tieing DEX to damage as an option. Related to what you've worked on, do you use any house rules regarding APP or DEX? I've noticed an alarmingly rapid rise in quasi-giants. It's the starting intensity page, the custom rules page, the opportunity table, the surprise table, the rally the army page, and the end of battle section where it says how much your captured knights are worth. Overall, I have a small packet of papers to run the system. I also made a unit and army commander sheet for these house rules if you're interested. That included some pre-battle negotiations and post-battle plotting. I was able to run two 9 round battles this weekend in about 2 and a half hours which I thought was good. I still use the army zone sheet and the book of armies. A triumph gives a roll on the opportunity table. The unit commander still makes battle checks and these determine their maneuver still, much more limited in number now, and instead of tracking unit intensity, a crushed result (everyone loses) give a chance of unit disintegreation. I made the army commander effect army intensity more. If you're interested, I'd be happy to share it.
